Tips to improve sleep

  • Get morning sunlight within 30-60 minutes of waking.
  • Maintain a consistent sleep schedule.
  • Minimize bright lights from 10pm to 5am.
  • Avoid caffeine 8 hours before bedtime.
  • Avoid large meals before bedtime.
  • Create a cool, dark sleeping environment.
  • Get exercise during the day.
